Room Reservations and Rentals

Touchdown Rooms: “Mini” meeting rooms designed to accommodate one patron, offering comfortable seating, a desktop work area, free public WiFi access, and outlets for charging personal devices. Touchdown Rooms may be rented by any Library visitor but membership benefits do apply. Touchdown Rooms are available for non-members to rent at a rate of $10 for the first two hours then $10 for each additional hour per day of rental. Library cardholder benefits include the first hour of Touchdown occupancy free of charge per day, then $5 for each additional hour.

Quiet Study: A small space offering a worktable, seating for two members, and outlets for charging personal devices. Use of the Quiet Study is a benefit of Library membership only. Cardholders may utilize this space on a first come, first served basis. After checking in at the Help Desk, members may occupy the Quiet Study for one hour. The Quiet Study may not be reserved in advance.

Please note the following:

• The member benefit of one hour room occupancy applies to one space only per day.
• Full payment is expected upon arrival.
• Voices carry between rooms, and conversations are audible outside of the room you are occupying. While ambient sound from daily library activities is expected, please be considerate of others.
